What?

Sasquatch! Music Festival is a music festival held annually at the Gorge Amphitheatre in George, Washington. It is presented by the House of Blues. There is an emphasis on indie rock bands and singer-songwriters, although there are also alternative rock and hip hop acts. The festival features three separate stages (Sasquatch! Main Stage, Wookie Stage, & Yeti Stage) with the Yeti Stage dedicated exclusively to artists from the Pacific Northwest.

The venue is about 1.5 hours from Issaquah, WA- where Kevin lives. Issaquah is about 40 minutes from SEATAC airport.

Cost:

UPDATED: KEVIN PURCHASED 6 TICKETS. PLEASE PAY HIM BACK $77/ea ticket.

Ticket cost is $66.50/ea, so probably $76 after fees and taxes (Kevin will buy the tickets for those who are confirmed, please pay him back later)

Living arrangements are free @ Kevin's house. Feel free to raid his pantry and fridge

Tentative itinerary:

Thursday night 5/22:     Jerry/Karma/Brad arrive @ 10:30pm

Friday:                 Jerry/Karma/Brad/Kevin/Cindy do a day trip to Portland

                           Sandy/Jen/Kat arrive at night

Saturday:             2 cars full of people we do a day trip to Canada to hang out and eat in fobville

                           Also open to doing something else

                           Saturday night is open

Sunday:               Sasquatch music festival all day and night

Monday:              Open/some people leaving

If you are coming...remember to bring:

• Large Backpack
• Passport
• Sunglasses
• Preferred sunscreen
• LAYERS of clothing
•      Prepare for possible rain; so bring a jacket/windbreaker that can shed rain
•      It gets cold at night
•      I suggest bringing shorts and wearing them under some warm pants (so you can shed clothing when it gets warm)
•      I like to bring a fleece, jacket, shorts, pants
•      Bring socks if your feet get cold
• Inflatable camping seat (we usually do a quick run to REI for these which we return afterward)
